American singer-songwriter Samuel Beam, who you know better as his stage and recording name Iron & Wine will be performing at the Taft Theatre this Friday March 22nd. The North Carolina based artist has released seven studio albums and three EPs over the span of his career. Along with what is expected to be an incredible live performance this Friday, Beam will also be reissuing his 2004 sophomore LP, Our Endless Numbered Days as a deluxe edition. March 22nd celebrates the fifteenth anniversary of this critically acclaimed LP.
The deluxe edition of Our Endless Numbered Days will include remastered versions of the album’s original tracks, eight previously unreleased demos of songs from the record, new artwork, and twelve pages of liner notes.
The goodness does not stop there though. Concert goers at the Taft Theatre will be among the exclusive group of Iron and Wine fans to witness a very memorable performance. Cincinnati, OH is one of three cities in which Iron & Wine will be performing Our Endless Numbered Days in its entirety over the span of two sets. Beam will be performing one solo acoustic set, and one set with an orchestra. Beam will only recreate this magical performance in Los Angeles and Washington D.C.
