Dump Trump III: Dance for Something, Stand for Something at Southgate House Revival

Enjoy an evening of three stages of music & comedy at The Southgate House Revival in Newport on June 9th. Dump Trump 3: The Awakening is a benefit show for Proclaim Justice. Proclaim Justice is a non-profit organization and are dedicating their work to winning freedom for inmates who are factually innocent of the crimes for which they were convicted. This will be the 3rd annual Dump Trump show featuring a handful of local bands and a few of your favorite comedians. So who is ready for a laugh and some tunes?

Dump Trump 3: The Awakening is bringing you live music from some local heavy hitters. Self-described rhythm and violence group, Eugenius, will be performing their ambient electro group alongside pop-punk outfit, Office Party. From local dreamy garage rock band Lipstick Fiction to hard rock staples like Bullet to Blame, the night has something for everyone.

Laughs are brought you by comedians, Jay Armstrong, Glenn Childress, Justin Schafer and we can’t forget the funniest of all: D*nald’s infamous twitter account. The show will offer comic relief for an enjoyable Saturday evening show or a bleak dystopian future!

All proceeds from this show will go to Proclaim Justice! The non-profit works tirelessly to serve justice where our system fails and provide support to those who need it most. Everyone who comes out will not only be showing support for this much-needed organization but will also be supporting great local musicians and comedians.
