Angelique Kidjo is a Grammy-Award winning afro-pop musician. On her 16th album she is re-imagining the Talking Heads classic album 'Remain In Light' with superstar producer Jeff Bhasker (Kanye West, Drake, Beyonce, Taylor Swift) with electrifying rhythms, layered vocals, African guitar and a whole lot of energy. Sudan Archives is a violinist and vocalist that grew up in Cincinnati. She's self-taught on violin and mixes Northeast African folk violin with experimental electronics, folk and R&B. Her ethereal vocals, hip-hop beats and vocal harmonies will draw you in and keep you listening. The Amazing are a Swedish indie/psychedelic-rock ground featuring a member of another Swedish psychedelic band, Dungen. They make dreamlike music that’s perfect for sitting out in the sun and zoning out to. The same member of Dungen is working with Melody's Echo Chamber for her new record called ‘Bon Voyage’ out later this year. Indie-rock’s most sarcastic musician is back again soon with a brand new record. Breaking trend from his past two albums, this record will not be a concept album but more like Fear Fun, his debut. Featured on this album are Jonathan Wilson (his long-time producer) Weyes Blood, Mark Ronson, his touring band and more. Quirky 60's pop mixed with 70's fuzzy rock, Dr. Dog are back at it again with their 13th album. It's got that classic sound. Dr. Dog are kings of making feel-good timeless indie tunes. Catch them at the Bellweather Music Festival this summer. Slick riffs and pop hooks, Post Animal have been crushing it since their beginning in Chicago in 2014. Heavy psych jams as well as indie-pop/rock fill this record. Also Steve from Stranger Things in the band! He doesn't tour with them anymore but still records with them. An up and coming solo pop artist. Musician, vocalist, producer, she does it all. Her music is catchy, poppy, and BIG. She's blowing up quickly so expect to see more of her soon. Recommended if you like: Grimes, Chvrches, Purity Ring
Just 18 years old, these two were childhood friends and have been making music together since they were little girls. Poppy, heavy, nightmarish at times, these two make bangers. They even have a playlist on Spotify they’ve curated called Bangers & Smash. Recommended if you like: Zola Jesus, U.S. Girls, Clarence Clarity What we’re playing off the record: Hot Pink
Another new single from her upcoming album 'Tell Me How You Really Feel' out May 18th. This is my favorite single so far. It's classic Courtney mixed with poppier sensibilities. Recommended if you like: Angel Olsen, Lucy Dacus, Waxahatchee

She's got a baritone voice and she kicks a$$. Spacy folk turned pop anthem, this Dutch musician just released her debut record as My Indigo. It’s beautiful, raw, and powerful. I wouldn't be surprised if this becomes a big hit. Recommended if you like: Bat For Lashes, Daughter, Jessie Ware What we’re playing off the record: My Indigo
