The Vims: High-Energy EP Release at the Octave

Everyone loves to be the first, so do that thing and be the first to celebrate The Vims' record release! It's time to get stoked for this award-winning fan-favorite band's debut EP: Set It Up!

The Vims are a five-piece alt-rock band based in here in Cincinnati. Lewis Mergler, Drew Lehmkuhl, Preston Brown, Jay Minihan, and Keegan Kruse dub themselves "danceable neo-punk." Their debut single "MS7" dropped on December 1st and was featured on Cincinnati's Project 100.7 / 106.3. Just last week, on February 9th, they released their second single, "Control," and featured the song right here on INHAILER Radio the day before! This celebration is highly anticipated; local fans are ready to hear more. The Vims took first place in the 2017 Madison Theater Band Challenge and are ready to bring their energy and passion back to Covington. Starting the party are Season Ten and Misnomer, and DJ FurSur will cap the night off with dance tunes. But hey, if you miss this show, don't worry. You'll get another chance to see The Vims at the Madison Theater when they open for Moon Taxi on March 24th!
