Andres Bautista was on his way to his girlfriends car in OTR after leaving a bar early Saturday morning. The car was side-swiped by a red four-door pickup truck; when Bautista attempted to confront the driver, he lost his balance and grabbed onto the truck's side mirror. From Thursday, August 23rd to Sunday, August 26th, Cincinnati will be hosting a new independent film festival in three Over-The-Rhine locations. In its inaugural season, The Cindependent Film Festival will be showing works from filmmakers from around the world and hosting events that will begin what is hoped to be a wonderful relationship with the artistic community of the city. The festivities will be split between the Mini Microcinema, MOTR Lounge, and the Woodward Theatre.
