Inhailer Radio Code of Conduct & Respectful Station Policy
Commitment
Inhailer Radio is committed to a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all DJs, volunteers, and staff. We do not tolerate hate, discrimination, or behavior that undermines the dignity, safety, or belonging of others.
This includes the promotion of racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, xenophobic, or otherwise exclusionary beliefs or rhetoric. Individuals who engage in or promote this kind of behavior are not a fit for Inhailer Radio.
Reports of misconduct will be taken seriously and addressed promptly. Retaliation against anyone raising concerns is strictly prohibited.

Professional Expectations
Inhailer Radio operates as a volunteer-driven organization. Participation as a DJ is a privilege, not a right. All DJs are expected to uphold the standards outlined in this agreement at all times.
DJs are expected to meet deadlines, follow submission guidelines, and communicate proactively when issues arise.
If a DJ is unable to consistently meet deadlines without disrupting programming, they may be asked to step down from their assigned time slot.
If a DJ knows they will miss a scheduled shift, prior approval from the Program Director (Taylor Fox) is required. DJs are responsible for finding coverage for their shift; however, the Program Director must be notified immediately and can assist if needed.
Missing more than one (1) shift in a given month without prior approval from the Program Director will result in loss of on-air privileges
Missing more than two (2) shifts in a given month, even with prior approval, may result in suspension of on-air privileges until reinstatement is approved
All enforcement decisions are made at the discretion of Inhailer Radio leadership.
