Your Astro INHAIL: June Horoscope
It’s June so you know what that means: Gemini season is underway, so take cover! Geminis are vibrant and talkative air signs, so the word on everybody’s lips is communication. Keep thoughts and ideas flowing and get out there and socialize in true Gemini spirit. Geminis are also the twins of the zodiac so be wary of that duality and try to avoid mixed messages while the sun is in Gemini.
As the month wraps up, we enter sun in Cancer: an excellent time to move into a new home, face your emotions, and hug your mom!
Gemini (May 21-June 20): With the sun in Gemini, it truly is your time to shine. Let your ideas flow freely but be sure not to let your communicative air sign become a blowhard. Geminis are creatives who can see many sides of a situation. Seize this time to creatively solve problems this month. It’s your zodiac new year, revel in it and take time to set goals for yourself.

Cancer (June 21-July 22): In addition to the talkative, outgoing vibe from Gemini season most of the month, Mercury enters Cancer on June 12. Mercury is the ruler of communication, so be sure to get those trademark Cancer emotions into the light, talked out and aired out before the Sun enters Cancer on June 21 and your zodiac new year begins. Take this time to review the year and use some of this Gemini creativity to figure out how to best elevate yourself in the year ahead.

Use this as an opportunity to get to know the people around you better instead of always taking the reins. Venus enters Leo on the 13th, so take the lead in love and grab career opportunities by the horns.
Famous Leos: Tori Amos, Kacey Musgraves, Ben Gibbard (Death Cab For Cutie)
Song of the Month: “Butterflies” by your Leo sister, Kacey Musgraves, shows what happens when a Leo opens their mind to love, without having to share the crown.
Virgo (August 23-September 22): Virgo, as the fellow Mercury ruled Gemini has its moment in the sun, it may put your normally grounded head in the clouds. With Mercury entering Cancer on the 13th, you may feel the need to spill your emotions this month and that’s okay. Ever well prepared, you may not like going off the script, but even Virgos can benefit from being spontaneous and vulnerable sometimes.
Famous Virgos: Beyonce, Eugene Hutz (Gogol Bordello), Elvis Costello
Song of the Month: “All Night” by power Virgo, Beyonce, reflects on vulnerability and growth. In fact, the whole Lemonade album is a meditation on vulnerability and a raw examination of emotions.

But beware, the later half of the month may have you at a creative and spiritual standstill as Neptune, your ruling planet, enters retrograde on the 18th. If you’re really feeling the effects of the retrograde, reach out to friends and family. The sun in Cancer will be the perfect time to strengthen family bonds.
Famous Pisces: Merril Garbus (Tune-yards), Grimes and Rihanna
Song of the Month: “Realiti” by electro-pop princess and Pisces perfectly signifies Pisces descent to more worldly matter
Aries (March 21-April 19): Aries, let Gemini’s creativity take the lead but be sure that your hot headed nature doesn’t turn Gemini’s tendency to talk into a tendency to argue. Keep cool and remember communication is a two way street. With Venus entering Leo, you’ll want to take charge, but make sure Gemini’s mixed messages and duality aren’t leading you astray. Use this time to focus inward.
Famous Aries: Hayley Kiyoko, Gerard Way, Lady Gaga
Song of the Month: “Judas” by Lady Gaga is a perfect example of a hot-headed Aries reaction to poor communication with your lover.

Famous Taurus: Josh Tillman (Father John Misty), Ghostface Killah, Robert Smith (The Cure)
Song of the Month: “Chateau Lobby #4” by Father John Misty is all about new adventures in love, but committed love not a whirlwind love affair.
