As the rights holder of the recording and/or publishing (or their representative), I consent to Inhailer Radio, 3CDC, and other media partners using my uploaded track for non-monetized promo use. Only Inhailer may use it in their radio library after the event.*
I agree not to perform within 30 miles of Cincinnati in the 30 days before my scheduled performance on Fountain Square (unless previously approved) and will not announce or promote any future performances until after the event concludes on to preserve lineup exclusivity.*
