97X Modern Rock 500 - Day 2 - general reactions

To me, Black Metallic is one of those quintessentially 97x songs.

Summer of 2014 I believe. I was rolling on my bike back into town after visiting Lunken airport to see a solar powered plane, and started hearing music louder and louder, and it was Billy Idol filling OTR with music, performing at the outdoor stage at the casino. That was awesome

Unpopular opinion. I hate this R.E.M. song.

That's one of the things that most impressed me about 97X, woxy.com. If the DJ didn't like a song or band being played, they didn't pretend they did. It always made their opinions a whole lot more worthwhile.

I agree about Radiohead! At least the awesomeness of Placebo and David Bowie make up for it.
